A verified advance payment is required for all contracted services in order to hold the reservation. The remaining balance may be paid before you leave your country or when you arrive in India, but it must be paid before the services start.

Depending on the type of the service and the length of time left before the service begins, management staff have the authority to determine how much should be paid in advance.

Aside from the aforementioned, in certain situations, such as Special Train Journeys or reservations for hotels or resorts at the busiest times of the year (X-Mas, New Year), full payment must be received in advance.

Payment Method:

Advance payments from overseas can be sent to our bank via wire transfer.

Our Obligations and Restrictions:

Please be aware that any hikes in monument or museum admission fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide fees imposed by the Indian government will be billed as additional expenses after the tour or service cost has been finalized.

DTS India solely works as an agent for hotels, airlines, carriers, railroads, and contractors offering other services. All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets that we provide are subject to the terms and conditions that these companies give.

Every itinerary is an example that is meant to give you a basic idea of what to expect on your trip. Changes to the itinerary may be necessary before the tour or while on the path due to a variety of reasons, including the weather, road conditions, participant physical capabilities, etc. In the benefit of the tour participants' safety, comfort, and general well-being, we retain the right to alter any itinerary.

We base our prices on the going rates that we have negotiated with hotels, airlines, and other providers. Hotels and airlines are free to change the prices at any time. When hotels or airlines make adjustments, we have the authority to adjust the rates that were offered before to the change. All hotel reservations are made according to the hotels' regular check-in and check-out times, unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.

We will not be held accountable for any delays or changes to the schedule or costs resulting, either directly or indirectly, from natural disasters, cancelled flights, accidents, malfunctioning machinery or equipment, transportation failures, weather, illness, landslides, political closures, or any other unfortunate events.

We disclaim all liability for any loss, harm, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise in connection with any lodging, transportation, or other services that arises directly or indirectly from any act of God, hazards, fire, accidents, malfunctioning machinery or equipment, transportation malfunctions, wars, civil unrest, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or customs department regulations, defaults, or any other non-controllable causes.

In the event of an accident, illness, theft, or other circumstances, we are not covered by any insurance coverage. Travelers are encouraged to look for these insurance plans back home. The client is always responsible for the risk of any baggage and personal items.

Please be aware that any expenses resulting from unanticipated events, such as landslides, roadblocks, inclement weather, etc., will not be our responsibility.
