The Yoga of Transformational Living course offers a unique synthesis , drawn from Swami Vidyanand’s 25 years of practice of different yogic schools (Hatha, Raja , Kundalini, Bhakti, and Mantra) to help create a rapid transformation in practitioners.                 

Lama Nawang Namgyal is a student of Swami Vidyanand and under his guidance he completed the course and a certified Yoga Master.

Yoga, with meditation is a dynamic and powerful appliance which is capable of a rapid transformation and enlightment to the individuals. Lama Nawang Namgyal accomplished Ngöndro at a very young age followed by Maha Mudra (Naro Chosdruk, three years and three months of continues solitary mediation), and many sacred teachings of ancient Tibetan Buddhism. He has naturally a holistic approach and teachings method because of his diverse experience.

Short Adventure Sport: From few hours to days many adventure short sports can be added to your tour itinerary like: Paragliding, Bungee Jumping, Trout Fishing, Bird watching, rock climbing, hot air ballooning, snow skiing, water skiing, diving,  white water river rafting and Kayaking.
